How is Overtime Pay Calculated?

Overtime pay occurs by increasing the normal working wage by 50% for each hour outside the normal working hours to the employee.

E.g; If your monthly wage is 4,000 TL, this fee is divided into 225 hours. We see that the hourly wage here is 17.77 TL. To calculate overtime, it is necessary to find 50% more than this wage 17.77*1.5 = 26.66 this is our overtime wage. If you have worked a total of 8 hours of overtime in the monitored month, you should receive an overtime payment of 26.66 * 8 = 213.33 TL.
