Defective Goods Return Period

Defective goods are goods that do not comply with the conditions in the contract when they are delivered to the consumer and do not comply with the sample. Defective goods are products that do not meet the intended use, do not meet the conditions specified by the seller, and do not meet the expectations of the consumer.

When we realize that we have received a defective item, we are legally entitled to return it. If this right is not specified in the contract signed when purchasing the goods, it can be returned within two years.
